About the Studio
The Barrie shop behind the big builds.
Axxent Studio is the custom fabrication division of Axxent AI Inc., operating out of the Barrie, Ontario area. We bridge the gap between digital CAD/CAM modeling and physical, large-scale fabrication.
Our shop was built around a simple observation: marketing agencies, film art departments, custom builders, and business owners often struggle to find a fabricator who can handle both precision digital milling and durable industrial finishing under one roof.
By combining multi-axis CNC routing with sprayed polyurea elastomer hard-coats, architectural stone finishes, and deep-pour epoxy resin work, we turn 2D vectors and 3D digital models into physical pieces that command attention and hold up in the real world.

We are located in the Barrie, Ontario corridor—offering convenient shop pickup and direct delivery across Simcoe County and the Greater Toronto Area, plus custom-crated LTL freight shipping across Canada and the United States.
