Terms of Service

1. Custom Quotes & Project Scope

All items fabricated by Axxent Studio are built to order. Submitting a request through our website does not form a binding production contract until a written quote specifying dimensions, substrate, surface finish, timeline, and payment terms is approved by the client and the required deposit is received.

2. Proofs, Tolerances & Natural Materials

Before milling begins, we confirm overall dimensions and vector/3D layout. For hardwood signage, grain pattern, mineral streaking, and natural color variation are inherent characteristics of real timber. For scenic and hand-finished props or architectural textures, subtle artisanal variations are part of the finishing process.

3. Indoor vs. Outdoor Suitability

Substrates, resins, and protective coatings are engineered specifically for the environment stated on your written quote (e.g., indoor climate-controlled display vs. exterior weather-exposed installation). Using an interior-rated piece outdoors without exterior hard-coating and UV protection voids finish warranties.

4. Client-Supplied Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting logos, trademarks, 3D models, or architectural drawings for fabrication, you confirm that you have the right or authorization to reproduce those designs in physical form.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Installation

Quotes note whether a project is scheduled for Barrie-area studio pickup, direct courier/van delivery, or crated freight shipping. Unless structural installation is explicitly included in writing, final mechanical mounting and adherence to local building or venue rigging codes remain the responsibility of the client’s installer.
